Shift-arrow keys don't work anymore (revisited)

thing you should know when using ps2pdf (coming with Ghostscript): As far as I know, the newer Ghostscript versions (I'm talking about Aladdin's) - say: new than 6.0 - are a bit buggy. It means that images aren't displayed very well (they appear quite semary). I use 5.50 and the PDF output looks fine. ht
