But now I see part of the problem persists. 1.1.5fix1 seems very slow
when I type. I do not notice the effects when I type a paragraph from

I have a master document with included lyx files (Include File / LyX
document specified) for all my chapters. I find this the easiest way to
manage the thesis. I want to insert a cross reference in one chapter
(chapter one) to refer to another chapter (chapter two). I have

already have made some configuration changes to the section/subsection

off using amsbook, but this is a paper, not a book, so the formatting
