I'm using LyX in Windows with the MikTeX package. I chose to install
everything when I installed MikTeX, but I'm still missing the CV class. How
do I get this class (and the other unavailable classes, and how (and where)
do I install them.

statement that it is possible have never been accompanied by a guide on to

danish, an abstract in english (as well as one in danish) is required. I
have tried using the latex directive selectlanguage to select first English
(or more correctly, British) and then Danish, and that has worked ok as
