Spell checking multiple languages?

Hi I have read that it's possible to spell check a multiple language, but the statement that it is possible have never been accompanied by a guide on to how to do it, so this is what I ask now. Regards Andreas P.S. I use Lyx in Windows with Aspell as the spell checker.
