Well, yes, you're perfectly right, I didn't noticed this. The fact is: I don't use Lyx in full screen, that was just the simpler way to erase all the details about my computer on the screen-shot.
I confirm this button was absent in the normal display of Lyx. I didn't even know the Window was called "Outline"... So maybe still a small bug. I don't know. And -2 for me, resolution is 1440 x 900 : it is still a laptop ;-) Thanks again for your feedback, Stephan.
