lyx-1.2.O compilation probles in OSX

I just tried to compile lyx-1.2.0 in MacOSX 10.1.4 and the Makefile after running ./configure is blank, so no compilation is possible. I'm attaching config.log so that the Developers can fix the problem. regards This file contains any messages produced by compilers while running configure, to

problem using pdfscreen

Hi, Using pdfscreen when I use the command paneltoc the compilation stops and give the error : Undefined control sequence. l.1 \select @language {english} the same happens when I change the language! --

Hi, I want to write the classical statistic mean with \bar{x} = \frac{\sum_{i=1}^n x_i}{n}, but that doesn't display like I expected. When I introduce \frac the subscript n and _{i=1} display on the side of the sum and not above and under the sum. Is there another way to do that? --

Hi, are only pslatex and times the fonts one should use with pdftex or ps2pdf or there is a way to get other fonts displaying properly in pdf? Helvetica should be contained in pslatex, but if one choose in lyx helvetica the result is very fuzzy. Some tricks? --
