Lyx 2.0.0rc3 on Ubuntu Linux,
I have several big tables that I've imported data from a spreadsheet. I have
to join two columns across multiple rows down, i.e. I need to join columns
2and3, 4and5, 6and7 but all the way down the table for multiple rows. I
can do it using multicolumn, but
I'm using Lyx 2.0.0rc3 on Ubuntu Linux. When I create a table, and set the
document orientation to landscape, it shows the table on the screen but it is
truncated on the right side of the screen and I can not get to it to see or
correct that part of the table. It compiles to pdf correctly but
I've tried to install a new document class, using latex macro files supplied by
a journal called "Bayesian Analysis". I'm not sure they work right, my
installation of Lyx 2.0 RC1 on ubuntu 64 linux seems to work ok for other
formats. When I try to use this document class I get an error such a
If this is possible, I'm sure it's been covered somewhere! If so could someone
please point me in the correct direction? How can I link lyx 1.6.7 on linux to
a bibus database for referencing?

Does anyone know of a British Medical Journal Document Class for Latex/Lyx? It
might the same, or very similar to another one?
