Hi Liviu,
No, the document has been created of "book" class.
Could you try doing the same on your system?
This might help to understand if it is a problem of my
installation or a general problem on Lyx (Latex)?

HI All,
Lyx 1.6.5 on XP.
In a new "Book" document, I would use the Palatino font but I get this
error when creating the PDFLatex:
