Problems in the lyx 2.4 menu (Debian testing)
After the last upgrade from lyx 2.3 to lyx 2.4 I started to observe display problems in the menu and in the main window. Some time ago I thought I had seen problems of this type online (I don't remember if it was a Qt problem), but with Google I wasn't able to see anything that suited my needs. I too, didn't understand what the problem is: perhaps the fact that "hello" is written after the figure in the output? Re: How to automatically display all equations as intuitive formulas in LyX?
If I understand your question, you should open the following menu: Tools --> Preferences. Specifically, I am wondering how to display all equations as intuitive formulas in LyX once for all when I open my LyX document or paste some LaTeX code into a newly created LyX document. I would like to know how to change the display of all equations in my LyX document so that they are shown as formulas. I have tried with `Ctrl-M` shortcut, and it only works for separated formulas. But I haven't been able to figure out how to make this change for all equations at once. Can you please provide me with some guidance on how to display all equations as intuitive formulas in LyX all at once? Any help would be greatly appreciated. No. I opened the lyx application, then I opened a lyx document. The menus appear at the top: File, Edit, View etc ... Clicking on Edit opens a submenu. Undo Pastes Paste special ... (as far as) Text Style Paragraph Settings ... and nothing else From the Help it seems that there must be another entry: Math that I don't see. I try to use a computer algebra system with lyx, but I can't find the item Math in the Edit menu. Maybe there is a mistake in the settings? Thank you Stefano -- lyx-users mailing list lyx-users@lists.lyx.org http://lists.lyx.org/mailman/listinfo/lyx-users
