Showing LyX Notes in output

Hi - is there a way to show LyX Notes in the output? I want to highlight certain things (and make some annotations) that show up in the output to a collaborator who does not use LyX (older generation Word person) and am looking for a good way to do this.. the Note option seems to be what I want

Of course. To view your PDF use the corrsponding toolbar button, to export it, use the menu File- Export-PDF(pdflatex). Thanks.. so looks like pdftex and pdflatex are the same thing huh.. sorry for the silly qn then.. reason I asked was that when I view DVI using TexShop it shows Pdftex as

Does 1.6 fix the issue with change tracking and citations?

Hi - I'm running into an issue where if I delete a citation and have change tracking on, then the output (pdf) cannot be generated.. same issue as was discussed on this list a while back (http://article.gmane.org/gmane.editors.lyx.general/48375) .. is this resolved in 1.6? If not, are there any

I just installed 1.6 RC4 and tried this and it still errors when I turn on track changes, delete a citation and try viewing output w/ the show changes in output turned on. Shows up in Lyx fine but cannot generate output. What version did you try and how did you do it?
