binding mathrm

Hi, In my .bind file I could bind math-mode but the binding for mathrm below does not seem to take effect. \bind "C-m""math-mode" \bind "C-r""mathrm" When I hit C-r inside math mode the display bar shows "unknown function". Thanks for any tips. -- Ni

using Control key instead of Apple Key

bug in "goto error"

There's a minor bug in "goto error" when there is an error in the preamble (or an included file). In this case an error box appears at the top of the file. However, executing "goto error" will not move focus to the error box. Instead, the incorrect message "no more errors" is displayed at bot

bug in include file

When cutting and pasting a box that uses "input" to include a file, the "input" is changed to "include" after the paste. -- Nick

Hi, The spell checker seems to want to use an "s" instead of a "z" in words ending like: synchronize generalize In previous LyX versions this was not the case. -- Nick

multicols env

Hi, I tried to use the multicols environment to format a two-column paper. The text is output in two columns but the math display formulae are still in one column format. Thanks for any tips on getting the formulae into two columns. -- Nick
