Thanks Richard. I did it, but the problem persist. Will it be about my laptop system? The friends who introduced me to lyx ( a student of my section at the university where I teach) run it in his laptop and it works, so I dont know what is happening. I will try to work in my lab terminal, however I'd like to fix the problem in my laptop so I could work out of the university. Thanks. I am sending the layout file, modified as you suggested me.
