Lyx dashes
Hello, since I use Lyx 1.6.3 etc (now 1.6.4.1), I can no longer use alt+- to get a dash, because this obviously replaced the cmd+--command and decreases the size of the display. As on OSX, which I use, the command with alt is always used for the slash and with cmd for de-/ and increasing the size, I would like to get that manner back. Could somebody tell me, how to achieve this? Thanks* Jess

By the way, an N-dash can also be entered using -- and an M-dash using ---, which allows for nicer line-breaking than – and —. BH
Re: Lyx dashes
Thank you! I´m very much used to entering alt+- for the dash, so that´s why I prefer to use it that way. So this really helped, entering dash that way now works again, and also the zooming… Best* Am 11.09.2009 um 18:45 schrieb BH: On Fri, Sep 11, 2009 at 12:22 PM, jezZiFeR jezzi...@googlemail.com wrote: Hello, since I use Lyx 1.6.3 etc (now 1.6.4.1), I can no longer use alt+- to get a dash, because this obviously replaced the cmd+--command and decreases the size of the display. Lyx & dashes
Hello, since I use Lyx 1.6.3 etc (now 1.6.4.1), I can no longer use "alt"+"-" to get a dash, because this obviously replaced the "cmd"+"-"-command and decreases the size of the display. As on OSX, which I use, the command with "alt" is always used for the slash and with "cmd" for de-/ and increasing the size, I would like to get that manner back. Could somebody tell me, how to achieve this? Thanks* Jess
