Where would I request the following feature:

Many Mac programs offer you the choice to Save, Don't Save/Discard,

Hmm, Escape gives me Cancel; so you lost one, but gained one ;-)
More seriously: could this be keyboard/language dependent (Swedish
keyboard here).
