On my windows 10 system ( I also use Sumatra) Forward Search is the second item of the second block in the context menu. I am trying to see if LyX foreword search (through synctex) works on my windows 10. I have LyX 2.3.6 installed on windows 10. I have set up LyX so that Sumatra opens when compiling pdfs. I ticked a V in Document Settings->Formats->synchronize with output" and I have a synctex.gz file in the "C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Temp\lyx_tmpdir.PgobcSaWjUZo\lyx_tmpbuf0" folder.
