Supporting Tabular-like features of Array environment in math mode.

Is there a way, In LyX, to create Horizontal\Vertical borders in array, Like
those in Table?

In LaTeX code, it's exactly the same,  But I could not find how to do that
in LyX.

Right click in a matrix and then set the borders via the appearing context menu. See the attached 
example.
