Is there a way to (easily) change the index font in LyX 1.4? From the release notes, it seems that there should be more control over how the index is generated in LyX 1.4, but I haven't found any documentation on how to do this (my apologies if I've overlooked it). Thanks. -- Dan Urist [EMAIL P
