on my windows XP, I' ve installed lyX 1.6.9.
It still does not work. I've problema on preview PDF, DVI etc.
Can someone help me?

LyX 1.6.9 is now rather old (as is Windows XP). Have you tried
installing and running the latest version of LyX (v2.1.2)?
