I remember to see the very same warning with macOS High Sierra 10.13.4 for programs using 32bit Intel CPU code. This is good news Stephan! Lyx is already pretty quick under Rosetta, but it should be quicker in native habits probably. I have not checked TexLive, if it is M1 or Intel now. Maybe I should check it also.
