Using that new alternate
Hi list users,
I wrote on the current alternate Win-installer:
- the dictionary handling during installation works in the
default for all users mode correctly (other than official
1.44-3 which I had problems with. Had no spare time to
check out official 1.44-4 yet.)

this file. What Win system are you using?
