I'm using Lyx to write up a document using the report document class.
Is there any way I can add anything after the Bibliography? I'd like
to add and appendix after the bibliography if possible.
Also, I'd like to have 2 bibliographies one with URLs can anyone
recommend a way to do this.

Just write
\appendix (Lyx code)
after the bibliography
