I am attempting to use the "comment paragraph environment" in LyX v1.0.3. I cannot find a menu pulldown for this feature. More importantly the M-p S-C key-sequence only gives a "Layout comment not known" error in the minibuffer. My documentclass is "Article (Revtex)". Does anybody know
