Diferent DVI and PDF

Hello,

I'm using Lyx to write a document. I'm loving it!
However, the generated DVI is different from the PDF.
The DVI is correct!

Using dvipdfm, grids in the first page are missing !
Using pdflatex, grids are missing, figures are missigs and black and 
white document!

Using ps2pdf, the figures in the first page are missing !!

What can i do ??
Can you help me, i need the PDF!
