TWO runs, when you are using the \VerbatimInput{}
command. the first run produces an error message
and therefore lyx stops.

the package changebar is needed by fancyvrb. but the documentation
says nothing about the fact, that this package is not loaded
by fancyvrb. i had a look at fancyvrb.sty and tried lyx with
\usepackage{changebar} and everything works.
