Note that if you do not need CJK (Chinese, Japanese, Korean), you have 
selected the wrong encoding. There is UTF-8 (CJK) and utf-8 (or Unicode 
(utf8)). You probably want the latter.

On Windows, you only need to open an Internet connection, compile your document and MiKTeX will 
automatically install this file. On Linux open the package manager of the program texlive and 
install there the package CJK.
