I don't think there is any other way, except to use one of those stand-alone "website watchers" (I don't have any to recommend) that check if there have been any changes to a page. My opinion is that you should feel free to CC yourself on any ticket without worrying about notifications. I have no idea if others feel the same way. Scott My guess is that the notification might actually be helpful since provides a reminder for certain requests and that they are of interest to others. Daniel
