How to show “Chapter” and “Appendix” labels in the TOC

Hello all,

I am using LyX 2.0.4 on Mac OS 10.7.4.

My table of contents looks like this presently:

1. Chapter_Title
2. Chapter_Title
        2.1 Section_Title
...
A. Appendix_Title

I would like know how I can make it look like this:

Chapter 1. Chapter_Title
Chapter 2. Chapter_Title
        2.1 Section_Title
...
Appendix A. Appendix_Title

Can someone show me how this is done please?
