Howto ERT that uses external files?

I wanted to play with pdfpages.  I tried ERT:
\includepdf[pages=-,angle=90,fitpaper]{Visio-rx_block_diagram_rev4}

But 'view' will fail, because the file is in my cwd, not in /tmp/blah, which
is where pdflatex is run.

Howto workaround this?
