How (in linux) do I make this class available? I didn't find the Customization documentation particularly clear on this point. I tried texhash /usr/share/texmf/tex/latex/lyx/ in the hope that this directory would then be part of the latex search path, but this failed. The cv class is still listed by lyx as unavailable.
