Math tool bar doesnt apear automaticaly?

Dear LyX-Team, somwhow the Math-toolbar isn't apearing automatically anymore in my installation? I've tried out many steps, but it seems it stoped working. I have to open the toolbar manual every time I type a math formula or I have to leave it open all the time. If I open view-toolbars
