Thanks Richard I'll take a look into how i create some custom indexes.

Yes, but not without a bit of work, if you want to do it automatically. 
You can redefine the proof and definition environments to write 
something to a new sort of TOC, or index, or something, and then have 
that in the appendix. Manually, you could try defining a new sort of 
index and then just add the index entries one at a time.

Hi Group,

I'm currently doing all my  Calculus notes in LyX 2, and everything
looks great. I am using the Koma-book, and AMS packages.

Is there any smart way of generating a list of proofs and a list of
definitions in the appendix?
