If you want to use page number centered at the bottom, globally.
Documents>Settings>Page layout> Pagestyle {plain}
or you can type ERT \pagestyle{plain}

respect to one of the corner of the page. Also, instead of just the
number, I would like to make it something like "= 25 =", or "<25>", or
"~ 25 ~".
Also,
