thank you! In the meantime, I fixed some of my problems and I'm pretty happy with the results. - part of my problem apparently was a bad bib-file, which I fixed now. - I found a good solution for deleting the short titles from my reference list: \renewcomma...@biblabel[1]{} in the LateX preamble
