Sort check box in the Outline window for figures equations

When one looks at lists of figures or equations in the Outline window, and *clears* the Sort check box, the sort order is the natural and expected numerical order. If one *sets* the Sort check box the ordering becomes alphabetical, resulting in things like Figure 1.1 Figure 1.10 Figure 1.11
