Hi all, I'm writing my dissertation using the thesis template offered by the new Lyx2.0. The Latex preamble shipped with the thesis template somehow messed up the fleqn option when the line space is set to double. There is way too much vertical space before and after the equation. If I delete

Seems like there is a small bug in the thesis template. If I try to process the template, I get the error message: Undefined control sequence Description: \subtitle {Subtitle (if you have one)} It seems that the Koma book class does not support the subtitle command. -- Rudi Gaelzer

(Apologies for the slow reply.) I've tried adding the \AtBeginDocument{} as you suggest but while the error goes away, the cross ref formatting is not honoured. I think I might try to get my head around *refstyle* as this is the way LyX is moving for cross ref formatting, correct? On 10 December
