Top margin for Odd/Even page

Dear all. I need, for a complex legal format used in Venezuela, to have different top margins for odd and even pages. I have been googling around but only the obvious inner/outer margin answer appears. Is there any way to handle this through LyX/LaTeX? Thanks in advance. Best regards.
