write into the document's preamble:

\setcounter{secnumdepth}{\subsubsectiontocdepth}
\renewcommand\thesubsubsection{\arabic{subsubsection}}
\renewcommand\thefigure{\arabic{figure}}

Thanks, Herbert, for your fast answer. Works exactly as I wanted it.
\setcounter was mentioned in your book (Die wissenschaftliche Arbeit mit
Latex unter Verwendung von LuaTeX, KOMA-Script und Biber/BibLaTeX 2nd
edition), but I would not have found it off hand.

document>structure

2009-03-17 Thread Wolfgang Engelmann
somehow I managed to get the document>structure (Gliederung) of my lyx (1.6)
document on top of my text. It used to be at the left of the document and I
would like to have it back this way but can't find the way how to do it.

You can drag it with the mouse.

Appendix and document structure

2008-05-19 Thread Tim Michelsen
Hello,
I have a question concerning document structure.

I am using the KOMA script report document class and want to have the following
structure:

Executive Summary (Section*)
Part I
Chapter 1
Chapter 2
Part II
Chapter 3
Annex A

But in my Lyx TOC outline on the left sidepane as well as in the PDF Annex A is
attributed to the Part II like:

Executive Summary (Section*)
Part I
Chapter 1
Chapter 2
Part II
Chapter 3
Annex A

How to I get Annex A outside of the Part II to achive the structure lined out
before?
Is there a way to tell that Part II has ended before the Annex starts?

Thanks in

I don't know but why not:

Part III Annexes
Annex A

What you want is to treat the Annex as a new part. A part can only be ended by the document or by
the next part. I attached a LyX file as example.

When you don't like the word part in fornt of the annex heading, then you could change the annex
back to a chapter. (Then don't take care of the outline within LyX, what counts is the output and
there it is treaded as you want I guess.)

Porting a complicated document structure (koma script letter)

2000-11-12 Thread Andre Berger

I have a complicated letter layout, based on koma-script, basically an
abstraction for a multi-user purpose. It consists of my own document
class, ifthen-structures, and a few files loaded with \input{} at
defined places of the document. What's the best way to translate it
and benefit from LyX?
