is there in lyx any way, howto indent float object (or table,figure)
to the left border, so it will overlap the left margin used for
the rest of the text ?

i have solved it myself :),
its the same as for normal paragraphs - \leftskip, but it must be
typed inside the float object...

error of compilation : the package isn't installed. Do you know what's in which
category can I find it on the lyx site ?

after the \begin{strip} command: missing number, treated as zero.
