How can I avoid the error:
latexError: Command \itshape invalid in math mode
...mall 0.32111} 0.3807$^{\ref{Flo:foot1}
}$
0.3791\tabularnewline
Please use the math alphabet \mathit instead of the \itshape command.

Not sure if it is the reason for your errors, bu AFAIK, footnotes within
tabular requires a special package:
try
\usepackage{footnote}
\makesavenoteenv{tabular}
in your document preamble.
