I make multiple indexes with the texindy, to get correct Norwegian sorting I
use utf8 in lyx and run the texindy with the commands:
-L norwegian -C utf8 -M lang/norwegian/utf8.xdy
from lyx.
But this does not work. In the .tex file exported from lyx i get:
\sindex[nor]{Åkerkål}
