layout for proc.cls

Hi.. does any of the standard layouts in LyX correspond to the standard Latex class proc.cls? If not, does anyone have a layout file corresponding to this? I'm trying to submit a paper for a conference which has it's own sty file and makes use of the proc class.. Thanks, nirmal
