lowertitleback in book (koma script)

Hi! I'm quite new to lyx and now use version 1.2.3. Before I startet with an older version. After upgrading I figured out that lowertitleback doesn't seem to work correctly. It normally doesn't appear on the second page, except I put address before. Then it still is'nt low but just under
