lyx win32 hebrew R2L problem

I try to use LyX with hebrew support on Win2k english (as described at http://www.math.tau.ac.il/~dekelts/lyx/instructions2.html). It works well, but the Right-to-left support doesn't work. It does displays hebrew letters, and the WORDS are displayed correctly (right-to-left), but the letters
