Thanks for your advice Jose. I installed xforms-devel-0.88-2 from an i386.rpm. This placed forms.h at /usr/X11R6/include/forms.h I had to create a link from this to /usr/X11R6/include/X11/forms.h ./configure has stopped complaining about forms.h. However the other messages, that libXpm and
