fashion: Y-X, where Y is the chapter number and X is the figure number in

Just another data point...I'm running tetex on debian slink i486, and have
just compiled lyx 1.0.2. On a reasonably complex latex document (3 passes
through lates, 1 pass through bibtes, and some hand latex code), I *have
not* observed the bug. Using view dvi, changing the document
