Hi there I am writing an extended CV with heaps of subsections and subsubsections. The problem is that every time the amount of susbsubsections exceed a certain number the list of subsubsections run though the margins and is truncated when exported to DVI or PDF. Is this a bug? If not, how can

Hi there I am writing an extended CV with heaps of subsections and subsubsections. The problem is that every time the amount of susbsubsections exceed a certain number the list of subsubsections run though the margins and is truncated when exported to DVI or PDF. Is this a bug? If not, how can

Often one needs to list several authors for a scientific paper, with more than one institutional affiliation. I tried to do this with the AUTHOR text type and superscripts on both the authors names and their institutional affiliations, but Lyx gagged on it. How can I do that? Thanks, E. Kaplan
