I have installed the ttf-linux-libertine (4.4.1-4) family of fonts under Debian (using synaptics) texhash and reconfigure of LyX but can't get it under Documentsettingsfontsserif etc what am I missing? Wolfgang

I'm teaching myself Lyx by typesetting a book. Two things I haven't been able to figure out. 1. The title page has the title, a picture in a float and the author name. These should all fit on one A4 page (easily). However Lyx's insists on putting a page break after the title. How can I get all
