Hi, I have come across some really obscure errors when trying to compile my previously mentioned handbook after upgrading LaTeX with the tlmgr which I do at least weekly (on the Mac). The underlying reason is that changes have been made to LaTeX' internal and in my case the catoptions.sty is

Rich, I could do that, but why for as they say here? This has happened for the second time in as many years so it's not really worth the effort. This happens because LaTeX is being revised significantly and thus needs to be lived with :-)-O I have every box I work with connected to a hard drive
