Ah I did not notice that. You might want to search for how to reset the
"counter" of citations. My guess is that there is a way but you will
have to insert that code manually at the start of each chapter using
ERT. Or perhaps there's a way to insert code in the preamble that can
reset the counter at the beginning of each chapter.

If you do find a solution, please let us know.

In the future, please describe what doesn't work. It is hard to help with just 
"it does not work".

Dear Scott,
Thank you very much for your responses.
There is no error in compiling Your code and it really works.
But there are some problems when I try to use your settings in the SVMONO 
template that is provided by Springer Publisher.
I am trying to figure out what is wrong.

I am using:  Document Settings >Bibliography and Default style is 
'unsrtnat' *

See the structure of my 4-part Bibliography in the screenshot.

* using the unsort-command was necessary when I wrote this some time ago 
- you may try if it is still necessary nowadays


Note: my document is using classicthesis; let's assume this will as well 
work in the document class 'book'

Keceao, and of course you need to activate also "Sectioned Bibliography" 
in Documents Settings > Bibliography > Bibliography Style
