You will have to change the unsrt.bst.
You must create a macro that insert a carriage return (\\) after outputting
author.
Bibtex files are not easy to hack, the best guide is Tame the Beast from
Nicolas Markey

can select from the bibliograpich style menu there is also one that provides
a very similar effect to the one you would like to obtain: humannat.
Author names are always put on a separated line after which follows the
