The bypass worked, though it was a hassle to do it for all tables individually.
When the thesis is done, I'll try running a Lyx-update (am using
2.0.0), maybe that will help.

As soon as I remove the width spec of the table, there are no problems.
(You have specified width = 100 % \textwidth)

Don't know, why this shows this behaviour though.
